- The new URL for electronically reporting student absences is CAES Absence Note Form.
- Another option- you can also email your child's absence to caes-attendance@iwcs.
k12.va.us. - If you would like to send/scan information regarding your child’s absence, please use this address: caes-attendance@iwcs.
k12.va.us
Absences are tracked by the division and reported to the Virginia Department of Education. It is imperative that our students are in regular, timely attendance, therefore, documentation about absences, truancy, tardiness, and early sign-outs is maintained in the student’s record.
